We are excited to invite you to a unique educational opportunity: a live surgery on posterior mandible reconstruction. This event will take place on Friday, June 13, in Barcelona, during the 1st Iberian Euroteknika Conference.

The venue will be the Official School of Odontologists and Stomatologists of Catalunya. As part of the conference, we will perform and broadcast a live surgical case involving advanced bone reconstruction techniques.

Live surgical case: Tunnel approach and cortical bone blades

The procedure will demonstrate three-dimensional posterior mandible reconstruction using cortical autologous bone blades and a subperiosteal tunnel approach. This technique allows for vertical and horizontal bone gain while minimizing flap opening and preserving vascular supply.

Participants will be able to follow the step-by-step process, including graft preparation, fixation, and management of soft tissue tension. We will also discuss case planning, flap design, and surgical decision-making during the procedure.

This live surgery on posterior mandible reconstruction will show how to restore difficult posterior atrophies in a predictable and minimally invasive way.
