Dear colleagues,  
We are excited to invite you to a unique educational opportunity: a **live surgery on posterior mandible reconstruction**. This event will take place on **Friday, June 13**, in **Barcelona**, during the **1st Iberian Euroteknika Conference**.

The venue will be the **Official School of Odontologists and Stomatologists of Catalunya**. As part of the conference, we will perform and broadcast a live surgical case involving advanced bone reconstruction techniques.

## Live surgical case: Tunnel approach and cortical bone blades

The procedure will demonstrate **three-dimensional posterior mandible reconstruction** using **cortical autologous bone blades** and a **subperiosteal tunnel approach**. This technique allows for vertical and horizontal bone gain while minimizing flap opening and preserving vascular supply.

Participants will be able to follow the step-by-step process, including graft preparation, fixation, and management of soft tissue tension. We will also discuss case planning, flap design, and surgical decision-making during the procedure.

This **live surgery on posterior mandible reconstruction** will show how to restore difficult posterior atrophies in a predictable and minimally invasive way.
